Our 2nd Anniversary in Curacao!!
We celebrated our second anniversary in Curacao! Curacao is an amazing place to visit with very friendly people. We walked out of our room onto the white sand overlooking the crystal blue water. Mitch especially enjoyed scuba diving and I liked swimming with the dolphins.
We can't go anywhere without something crazy happening! While we were walking in the ocean, Mitch's wedding ring fell off. We looked for over 5 minutes for his ring and couldn't find it. I ran up to the dive shop to ask for a snorkel and goggles while Mitch stayed in the spot where he lost his ring. As soon as he put on the goggles and put his head under water, he found his ring wedged between two rocks. We were so lucky!!
First Anniversary:)
We celebrated our first anniversary with a couples massage, a picnic and wine at Oliver Winery, and had dinner at Mitchell's Seafood Market. I got a Mitch a new watch and tickets to see the Cardinals and he got me a diamond ring!
Honeymoon in Hawaii!!
In June of 2006 we went on our honeymoon in Kauai!! We enjoyed exploring the island, especially riding four wheelers through the mountains, jumping off waterfalls, going out on a on catamaran, going to a luau and relaxing by the beach. Not too many people can say they went to the emergency room on their honeymoon, but we can. I decided to fly from a four wheeler and had to get stitches in my arm. I was okay and was back to jumping off waterfalls with the locals the next day!! Kauai is our favorite vacation destination and we cannot wait to go back!!

We were married on April 29, 2006 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Evansville, Indiana. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day or better people to share it with!
